　　生活中的《孙子兵法》

　　孙子曰：“人既专一，则勇者不得独进，怯者不得退，此用众之法也。”意思是既然全军的行动统一了，那么勇敢的将士不会单独前进，胆怯的将士也不会独自退却，这就是指挥大部队作战的方法。在我们学习生活中，经常会遇到类似的例子。

　　在我们班的体育课上，一开始要求集体跑五圈，我们起初跑得挺齐，但跑着跑着，就逐渐分成三拨队伍了，前面是“勇者”，后面是“怯者”，中间是要追那些“勇者”并等待那些“怯者”。我想：想要让队伍跑齐了，整齐有序，形成团队，首先，要做到让每一个学生行动统一，勇者不要单独前进，怯者也不要独自退却，这样才能确保完成集体任务。

　　还有，在我和朋友打篮球时，朋友们非常注重团队协作，因为团结起来，就能将力量发挥到极致，但如果每个人都仅仅看重自己的分数，不给别人传球，那样不仅自己不会有高的分数，团队可能也不会有较好的分数。
